Privacy Policy

Effective October 17, 2026

Jedi Solar designs and installs solar and home battery systems for homes in the Phoenix area. This policy explains what information we collect when you ask us about solar, how we use it, and the choices you have about it.

What we collect

When you fill out one of our forms, on this website or inside Facebook and Instagram ads, or when you call, text or message us, we collect what you give us:

• Your name, phone number, email address and home address
• Answers about your home and energy use, such as whether you own the home, your electric company, your usual monthly bill and your interest in battery backup
• The best time to reach you, and the date and time you sent the form

We also record which ad, campaign or web page brought you to us, so we know which of our messages are useful to people. Our website does not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To call, text or email you about the solar information you asked for
• To design a system for your roof and prepare a proposal
• To schedule and confirm appointments
• To keep a record of our conversations so you don't have to repeat yourself
• To understand which ads work, so we can improve them

Calls and text messages

If you agree on our form, we may contact you by phone call and text message at the number you provide, including by automated means. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. To stop calls, just tell us on the phone.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people and services that help us respond to you:

• Our marketing partner, Parachute Video Ads, which runs our ads and delivers form responses to us
• The software we use to manage customer records and send messages
• Installers, permitting offices, utilities and financing providers you choose to work with, and only when you move forward with a project
• Anyone we are required to share it with by law

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are working with you and for as long as we need it for our records, warranties and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time, subject to those obligations.

How we protect it

Your information is stored in password-protected business systems that only our team and the partners listed above can reach.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email or call us using the details below and we will take care of it.

Children

Our services are for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
